Our role is to assist in identifying, structuring, and facilitating real estate transactions — connecting landowners, developers, and capital sources — and to advise on capital stack structure, deal terms, and transaction execution.
Amigos Capital Group is not a licensed real estate broker or salesperson, securities broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, or mortgage broker under the laws of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction.
We do not list, market, or broker the sale of real property in a brokerage capacity. We do not offer, sell, or solicit the purchase of securities. We do not provide investment advice subject to registration under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or applicable state law. We do not originate, process, or underwrite mortgage loans.
All services provided by Amigos Capital Group are consulting and advisory in nature, governed by written consulting agreements between the firm and its clients.
